What size canvas works best as wall art?
For a striking focal point, we recommend our larger formats – 50x60 cm or 60x80 cm for landscape scenes, or 40x50 cm for portrait shots. These sizes have real presence on a wall. Our smaller formats (20x30, 30x40) are ideal for gallery walls or cosier spaces.
Does the canvas come ready to hang or does it need framing?
Our canvases are stretched and ready to hang – simply add a hook or choose to frame it for an even more gallery-like finish. Many customers add a simple floating frame for a polished result. We can advise on framing options.
Will the finished painting really look like the original photo?
Yes. The numbered system is designed to produce a faithful recreation of your photo in acrylic paint. The colours are matched specifically to your image. Most customers are genuinely surprised by how closely the painting resembles the original – and how professional it looks.
Can I use a panoramic or wide-format photo?
Yes. Wide panoramic photos work beautifully as landscape-format canvases. Our 60x80 cm and 50x60 cm landscape canvases are ideal for wide shots of mountains, coastlines or cityscapes. Just note your preferred orientation during the upload process.
